Governor Deval Patrick, Lt. Governor Murray, constitutional officers and members of the Legislature joined hundreds of family members and friends in a solemn rain soaked ceremony to unveil the statue and commemorate the bravest of the brave.

The Memorial is located in Ashburton Park of the Massachusetts State House. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The park is currently not open on the weekends per State House security rules. Click the link below to see a video compilation of the unveiling.
