-The Hazardville Fire Station is manned by Local 3059 members from 0800hrs until 1630hrs Monday thru Friday.  Friday and Saturday nights the station is manned from 1800hrs to 2400hrs by a combination of Local 3059 members and part-time firefighters filled from the volunteer staff.

-The present station was built in 1957 with extensive remolding done in the early 1990's.  The original Station built in 1898 was located on the front apron of the existing quarters.  The companies located at Hazard Ave. are first due to an area mixed with 19th century gothic and multi-family homes and industrial and modern suburban homes.  The district also has several large "corporate" style tobacco and shrub farms.
