-In November and December 2006, members of LOCAL 3059 prepared and served a full pasta dinner to the residents of Windsor Court & Ella Grasso Manor Apartments.  Spearheaded by the members of "B Group" at the Thompsonville Fire Station, the meals were well recieved by the residents of both sites. 

The Union provided delivery service to those residents unable to attend the main dinning events in the community rooms of each complex.  The menu included pasta with homemade sauce, salad, & bread.  A cake and coffee rounded out the meal for desert. 

Local 3059 plans on more events such as this, to make sure no resident of Enfield is forgotten.  The conversation and interaction between the residents and firefighters was enjoyable for all.
